Elite athletes, weekend warriors, and casual joggers from across the world came together to tackle the full marathon (42.2 km), half marathon (21.1 km), a 10 km challenge, and a 4 km fun run. In the men’s marathon, Kenya’s Emmanuel Kipchumba claimed victory with a blistering 2:08:32 finish, just ahead of Ethiopian stars Abe Gashahun and Abebaw Muniye. Meanwhile, in the half marathon, Ethiopia’s Bereket Nega edged out competitors with a time of 1:02:28, while local Saudi runner Sara Yousef took the women’s title with an inspiring 1:54:58 finish.
